Fat Burning Soup Diet - Blast Away 15-17 Pounds This Week

Actually no I'm not fooling around here. I've always had a big round shape figure making it easy to gain weight, and hard to lose it.

This is what I put in my fat burning soup diet:

The soup contains the following ingredients:
  • Two cans of Green beans
  • One large can (or two small cans) of Beef broth
  • One bunch of Green onions (or as many as you want)
  • One bunch of Celery
  • One bunch of Carrots
  • One bunch of Green peppers
  • One pack of Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix
  • Two cans of Tomatoes
I cut up the veggies, put it in a pot and covered it with water. Then I cooked it until the veggies were tender.


The best thing about this soup is that you can eat it anytime you want, whenever you get hungry.



Here's what I ate for 7 days on this fat burning soup diet...


Day 1 - I ate all fruit, and two bowels of soup, except bananas, they are higher in calories.

Day 2 - Just veggies and soup, and one big baked potato with a bit of butter.

Day 3 - Both veggies and fruit. (except bananas)
Day 4 - I ate 7-8 Bananas and drunk skim milk, plus the soup.
Day 5 - I ate 2 baked beef steaks, one can of tomatoes and one bowel of soup.

Day 6 - Two steaks, green veggies and one bowel of the soup.
Day 7 - 2 bowels of brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juice, such as grapefruit juice and apple juice, etc.

Who can stick to this diet?
I have to admit, I love meat, and this diet is very strict when it comes to eating meat. A lot of people who use this diet has a really hard time sticking with it because of lack of meat and other food groups that's not allowed.
Bad points against this miracle diet
  • The weight loss is only temporary. You will gain it right back quickly, and then some extra.
  • The weight you lose is mostly water and muscle mass, rather than pure fat.
  • It's not healthy at all. It deprives the body of healthy nutrients it should be getting from different food groups other than fruits and veggies.
